All users will only be able to log into CCDCS using their primary email address or User Name. If you previously used to log in using a secondary email address on your CCDCS account you must start using either your primary email address or User Name from now on. Please bear this information in mind if you have your login details saved on your browser and update your saved details if they are not set to use your primary email address or User Name. User Names are set by account holders when their accounts are created and are not in the format of an email address.
Please Note a primary email address can only be a Justice, CPS, eJudiciary or CJSM email address.
DCS Users are reminded that old passwords may be stored in browsers, and are encouraged to clear them in browser Settings prior to updating passwords as part of this process.
To ALL DCS Users
Minimum password requirements have been strengthened.
Users are encouraged to review their current passwords and ensure they meet the updated criteria.
New password requirements:
A minimum of 12 characters
At least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
At least one lowercase letter (a–z)
At least one number (0–9)
At least one special character, for example: ! @ # $ % * ^
No common or easily guessable words (e.g., “Password_123”)
No action is required if your password already complies with the above.
To change your password, login to DCS, click on Account details within the top menu bar and select Change Password.
You can utilise the Skip function up to 10 times in order to proceed to your account before you will be required to change your password. Users are encouraged to utilise that function should you initially be unable to change your password.
