We are aware of an issue affecting some users when downloading documents from the Review section, resulting in the error message: "DCS has encountered an issue".

This issue is currently under investigation.

Workaround:
To download a document:

  1. From Case Search, select the required case.
  2. Click Update Case.
  3. Select Index.
  4. Locate the required document.
  5. Select PDF to download the document.
