We are aware of a wider MOJ incident that is affecting users who connect to their device through an Ethernet (this cable is usually purple) cable.

The issue is not currently affecting those who use Gov Wi-fi.

It is being investigated as a matter of urgency and notification will be provided once the issue is resolved.
