We are aware of issues impacting DCS Users including:

  • Recently uploaded documents not appearing or remaining in the Review Screen. The “new bundle” button can be used to restore them to the review screen, but this again may be temporary
  • Changes to user profiles reverting, such as account permissions approvals, primary location changes and email address changes.
  • Notifications reappearing or repeating

 

These are being investigated as a priority incident and further updates will be provided as soon as possible
