TO ALL DCS USERS:
Investigations have identified the issue is related to specific cookies used by DCS and that removing and re-obtaining them may allow you to login. This can be done by clearing the site cookies as per the steps below or entirely closing your web browser and opening it again. It is not guaranteed that the new cookies obtained will be effective and may take numerous attempts.
Once you have signed into DCS successfully do not close your web browser to ensure you stay signed in.
Firefox:
Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data > Manage Data... > left-click "caselines.co.uk" entry > Remove Selected > Save Changes > Remove
Edge:
Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies and site data > See all cookies and site data > " caselines.co.uk" entry (dropdown) > 'Bin' entry for “crowncourtdcs.caselines.co.uk”
Chrome:
Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > See all site data and permissions > "caselines.co.uk" entry > 'Bin' > Delete
Safari:
Settings > Privacy tab > Manage website data > Left-click "caselines.co.uk" entry > Remove

Our 3rd party suppliers have identified the issue relates to specific cookies used by DCS and will continue to actively investigate this issue overnight, with the highest priority. The next update to this banner message will be provided as soon as there's a significant development.
No further incidents are required to be raised with the DTS IT Service Desk.
